Uses:
Apply 3-5 drops topically to the abdomen during menstruation to provide relief
Mix with Roman Chamomile in a warm bath to promote stress relief
Add 1 drop to pillow to promote better rest and sleep
Add 1-2 drops to hair care products to promote healthier hair and scalp conditions
Dilute 3-4 drops with Fractionated Coconut Oil when using in massage therapy


Directions for Use:
Diffusion: Place 3-4 drops in a diffuser.
Internal use: Dilute 1 drop for every 4-fl. oz. of liquid.
Topical use: Apply 1-2 drops, dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to the area needed.

CLARY SAGE ESSENTIAL OIL RECIPES

1.
DIY: Heat Protectant Spray
Ingredients: 5 drops Clary Sage essential oil, 5 drops Geranium essential oil, 2 teaspoons doTERRA® Salon Essential Smoothing Conditioner, 1 teaspoon Fractionated Coconut Oil, 1 tablespoon sweet almond oil, 1 cup water, Small spray bottle
​Instructions: Add half the water to the spray bottle. Add the rest of the ingredients. Add the other half of the water and shake well. Spray one spritz on hair and work it through normally.

Herbal Hairspray
Ingredients: 4 teaspoons sugar, 2 drops Rosemary oil, 2 drops Clary Sage oil, 2 drops Geranium oil, 2 drops Lavender oil, 2 drops Peppermint oil, 1 cup water
​Instructions: Combine water and sugar in a sauce pan. Bring water to a boil and allow sugar to dissolve, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Pour essential oil into spray bottle and add cooled water. Use normally as you would another hairspray.

Raw Vegan Veggie Dip
Ingredients: 7 drops Basil oil, 4 roma tomatoes, 4 drops Fennel oil, 3 drops Clary Sage oil, 2 ½ cups spinach, 2 drops Rosemary oil, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 2 sprigs rosemary, 2 stems fresh basil, 2 lemons, juiced, 1–5 cloves garlic, 1 can (15 ounce) garbanzo beans, rinsed, 1 can variety mix black, green, and Kalamata olives, 1 small bundle Italian parsley, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ cup almonds or pine nuts, ¼ cup virgin olive oil
​Instructions: Combine all ingredients except essential oils and place in a blender. Pulse until a smooth mixture is achieved. Add essential oils sparingly to taste. Serve with chips or veggies.
